Stephanie Fisher is the Director of Bands at Hickory Middle School in Chesapeake, Virginia, with over 20 years of experience in music education. Previously, she spent 14 years leading bands at Greenbrier Middle School, earning consistent superior ratings and the Teacher of the Year Award in 2018-2019.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Music Education from Old Dominion University, where she studied flute and served as Graduate Assistant for the Monarch Pep Band.

In addition to directing bands, she performs with the Virginia Wind Symphony and serves as Assistant Conductor for the Bay Youth Concert Band of Hampton Roads. Stephanie also works as a guest conductor and flute clinician, supporting music education across the region.
