Carlos Cardo – Marine Corps Clarinetist, Educator & REALTOR®
Carlos Cardo honorably served as a clarinetist in the United States Marine Corps, where his musicianship and leadership left a lasting mark. Throughout his career, he performed around the world as both an ensemble member and soloist, representing the Marine Corps on international stages and ceremonial platforms with excellence and pride.
As a Marine Musician Recruiter, Carlos traveled extensively, speaking at high schools and colleges, scheduling and conducting auditions across 16 states for the Marine Corps Music Program. His efforts inspired countless young musicians to pursue careers in military music and shaped the future of the program.
Carlos concluded his military career in 2003 at the prestigious Navy School of Music, where he served as a Clarinet Instructor and Woodwind Branch Head, mentoring and training Marine, Navy, and Army musicians with a focus on technical proficiency and professional development.
Today, Carlos Cardo is a full-time REALTOR®, applying the same dedication and integrity to helping families find their homes as he did during his years in uniform. He continues to share his love of music by performing regularly in his church and with various community bands, staying true to his roots as both a musician and a Marine.
